Daniel Gregory's introduction to electronic music came in the mid-1990s while studying graphic design in Glasgow. Saturday nights at The Tunnel's Triumph night, under residents Steven McCreery and Colin Tevendale, turned into a turntable habit; a pair of Technics followed soon after.

By 2000 Glasgow's progressive-house scene had thinned out. The Tunnel turned toward R&B and The Arches kept flying the flag, but promoters had little room for new local DJ talent. Daniel pivoted to production. Three years of PC-and-software work later, his debut Working Titles EP drew label interest and led to signings with Tortoise Shell Recordings, Climax, Innovate, and Underground Lessons. Jetlag EP (HMDIGITAL011) followed on Hunya Munya Digital in 2007.

His style is melodic and atmosphere-first, shaped by influences that span Pink Floyd, Syd Barrett, and The Doors through The Stone Roses and the Manchester bands of the era, up to downtempo acts like Zero7 and Air alongside the modern progressive, tech, and deep house producers he grew up inside of.
