Huge-A

Born and raised in Israel and now based in Miami, Adir Elimelech has been immersed in music since childhood. His early passion for singing and broadcasting led him to work as both a radio presenter and a contributor to a television music program, before fully dedicating himself to DJing at just 14 years old.

By 18, Adir’s focus shifted toward house and electronic music. Inspired by the global scene, he began producing with Cubase SX and sending demos to DJs and labels. In 2005 he teamed up with fellow Israeli producer Shmuel Flash, and their debut track It’s Gonna Be Alright (Eyezcream Records, 2006) became an underground anthem. The release received widespread international support, with Judge Jules championing it weekly on his BBC Radio 1 show.

The duo quickly followed with more standout productions, including Fafloyze on Robbie Rivera’s Juicy Music (featured on Rivera’s Juicy Miami compilation CD) and Going Crazy on Diamond Records, highlighted on the label’s Miami WMC 2006 Sampler. Their remix work also gained traction, appearing on respected imprints such as Mylo, Hunya Munya, Mondo, Powerplant, Aphrodisio, and Stereo FX. Notable highlights include their remix of Flat Mode’s Play This Game (Mylo Recordings, Germany) and their acclaimed rework of Distant Fragment’s Chasing Memories (Hunya Munya), which drew heavy DJ support from Tiësto, Cosmic Gate, Matt Darey, Noel Sanger, Jose Amnesia, and more.

Alongside his collaborations, Adir pursued a solo career, beginning with Easy To Reach (Sog Records), which featured remixes by Greed & Mental-X and appeared on the compilation The SOGfiles MMVI presents PHATJAK. His breakthrough solo success arrived in 2007 with Frisky Cyber (Mylo Records, Germany), a track licensed to major labels such as ZYX, Sony BMG, and More Music, and featured across numerous compilations.

Most recently, Adir released Time Code (Hunya Munya) with remixes by Nosmo v. Kris B, and Claustrophobia (Slammin Muzik), complete with remix packages including one from Dumb Dan. With a growing catalog of originals and remixes supported by some of the world’s top DJs, Adir Elimelech continues to push forward as one of electronic music’s most promising young talents.
