Fabian Schumann

German producer Fabian Schumann discovered his passion for electronic music at just 13 years old. By 17, he was the youngest participant at the 2003 Goliath Festival in Schwerin, North Germany — an early signal of the career that was to follow.

Driven by a desire to push beyond established styles, Fabian soon began producing his own music, experimenting across genres and carving out a distinctive voice. He first gained recognition with his live project Electrostatic, before launching a solo career in 2006. That July, his debut EP Wir Wollen Tanzen was released on Klang Gymnastik Records, marking the beginning of his professional catalog.

His breakthrough came in February 2006 with the track We Are So High, released alongside artists such as Stereofunk, Kn?e, and Vasco & Jersey. Known for his experimental minimal productions, Fabian quickly established himself as both a producer and remixer, reworking projects for multiple acts — including Berlin duo Electrixx in 2007. He also appeared on the Berlin label Suicide Robot with the Tokio Rush EP.

In 2007, renowned DJ Robbespierre took notice of Fabian, leading to the launch of the collaborative project Schumann & Kloss. Their debut, Snoize EP, was released on Majestic Trax later that year, followed by high-profile remix work in 2008 for artists such as Marksun & Brian (Euphonic) and Solar Lords (Majestic Trax).

Fabian’s international profile rose further with his single Enjomo on Luxembourg’s YARecords, run by Yannick Ciancanelli — solidifying his reputation as a rising voice in European minimal and progressive house. Today, Fabian continues to refine his sound, with his latest work featured on Hunya Munya Records, showcasing a producer who has grown from youthful curiosity into an artist with international reach.
